La inteligencia artificial se está desarrollando cada vez más, hasta el punto de estar un poquito más cerca de nosotros con el paso del tiempo.
De la mano de Facebook han llegado los Chatbots, but, ¿qué son?. Well, un bot, es un software program de inteligencia artificial, diseñado para llevar a cabo tareas de manera autónoma, I mean, sin la ayuda del ser humano.
Pero actualmente, el modelo que más se da es el de Chatbot, el cual es capaz ya no sólo de realizar tareas por su cuenta, sino, simular conversaciones con una persona. Es por ello, que se han convertido en una gran opción para enriquecer los negocios ya que lo que consigue la interacción con los clientes. Y con esto, pasamos a hablar de sus funciones, que principalmente se encargan del servicio de atención al cliente, resolver las necesidades de una persona.
El motivo de que este tipo de software vaya cada vez a más y mejor, es debido a la rapidez con la que mejoran los softwares de Inteligencia Artificial, ya que permite a los ordenadores procesar el lenguaje y, como se ha dicho anteriormente, conversar con las personas de una forma que nunca antes se había visto, en tiempo actual, en idioma nativo y en cualquier momento del día. Y con ello, recoger datos interesantes para conocer mejor a los clientes, identify what worries them and segment them based on their responses.

For example, a first-time mother could check the condition of the newborn and thus know if it is necessary to go to the hospital, well informed about the possible condition of the baby, also what certain treatments such as diabetes consist of, a person who is diagnosed with this disease at the age of 30 and does not know or has not clearly understood the information provided by their doctor, will be able to ask questions about insulin doses. In short, patients will feel more secure if the information is received from the hospital.
Although, the Chatbot will not only provide the information that the user needs, but they will also be able to ask it to perform any action that the patient needs.
Also Marina Salud, will be able to see which questions are asked the most and thus, they will have the advantage of being able to focus days for patients and resolve these doubts in a more professional and dynamic way.
But the Chatbot will also be able to help new employees, who have questions about the hospital's operation, even though all the necessary information is on the website, by offering an almost real-time conversation, it gives the feeling of having more direct contact with the hospital. In addition, being able to access this chat, at any time and moment, will make all the audiences of Marina Salud experience something new and feel proud to belong to this hospital.
