Inteligencia Artificial De Lo Vivido A Lo Aprendido

INTRODUCTION
Las generaciones que me precedieron me enseñaron, entre ellas están mis abuelos y mis padres, ellos dedicaron sus vidas a enseñar, yo me dedico a enseñar, eso lo llevo en la sangre, en esa actividad he encontrado una de las pasiones de mi vida, la academia que asumo como una misión de vida. Por supuesto tengo otras pasiones que algún día conocerán.
HISTORIA
Todo se inicia cuando empecé a estudiar la primaria, tuve una gran maestra que me acompaño en la etapa inicial, para mi fortuna la maestra era mi madre, en aquellos años aprendí a disfrutar del enseñar a través de ella, luego de ese fantástico año, tuve muchos maestros unas buenos y otros no tanto, de los malos recuerdos vagos tengo, de los buenos me acuerdo menos, pero quizá no importe si me acuerdo no, de lo buenos, porque lo que me enseñaron me ha marcado para toda la vida, me enseñaron a disfrutar del aprendizaje, a decir lo que tenía que decir! A pesar de tener que pagar un alto precio, siempre he estado dispuesto a hacerlo, muchas veces eso ha sido doloroso pero no ha quedado nada por decir, con el tiempo he aprendido a decir y pedir las cosas con más sinceridad, es decir ser honesto conmigo mismo.
BIENVENIDA
Quiero darles la bienvenida al curso de inteligencia artificial, cada uno de ustedes tiene la oportunidad de emprender un viaje, entre lo posible y lo imposible, pero que es imposible: quizá lo que no se ha hecho antes, pero vendrá alguien y lo hará!
PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
Durante los últimos tres años he dado el curso de Inteligencia Artificial, por estos salones han desfilado muchos que como ustedes no tenían concept de lo que significaba IA, ahora suman ya 330 en este país, la intención de volver a Guatemala fue transmitir mi conocimiento sin reservas trasladando mi experiencias de la mejor manera, a cambio solo he solicitado una cosa: respeto a la propiedad intelectual, en ese proceso me han creado dos posts en blogs, los que escribierón esos posts no me conocian, pero cuando lo hicierón su perspecitiva cambio rádicalmente, finally. Cuanto tiempo siga en las aulas de esta universidad a pesar de las circustancias que ofrece, no lo sé, solo sé que todo es temporal, pueden llamarle: exilio, emigración, fuga de cerebros!!! da igual.
RESEARCH
Those of us who are dedicated to academia and research, have our ideas as our wealth and it is these that allow us to teach, research and then teach again, many of the ideas you will hear throughout my course are the product of a creative process that I have developed over many years, and in many cases have been painful learning processes, because let me tell you that there is no learning without pain, I am sorry if anyone thought that learning is an easy task, it is something that demands only one thing from each of us: total dedication, and I would summarize that learning process with the word devotion! Therefore, learning is not a process like quick-meals, It's not about going to the counter and ordering a Happy Meal of Artificial Intelligence, eating it and then discarding the packaging in less than thirty minutes. In any case, learning is gradual-meals, each at their own pace, just like the digestion of food.

But by this I don't mean that learning means storing, training on a technology, or appropriating a theory, learning is training to run a race without end, that will last a lifetime, until it's lost, of course.. and each one will decide what they lose: if the race they will lose is life, and when I say lose life I don't mean physically dying, but emotionally because they have stopped thinking and will only dedicate themselves to following and obeying what is asked of them, that is, following dogmas, cual máquinas robotizadas, pero déjeme decirles, máquinas que obedezcan ya existen y no es necesario que un ser humano se convierta en una, por lo menos no en la época que vivimos.
SER
Quiero invitarles a cambiar, a ser ustedes mismos a compartir todo aquello que sea de interés para el curso, a expresarme y comunicarme directamente sus inquietudes. A participar, a cambiar el metro cuadrado que les rodea, a empezar a verse a sí mismos como ganadores, de este curso.. de la vida, cada uno en las habilidades y capacidades que tenga. El gran reto es ese, encontrar el camino donde cada uno sienta que puede aprender y aportar más al colectivo.
GANADOR
Quiero pedirles que vean a las personas que tienen al lado. Ser ganador, no es ser mejor que el compañero de al lado, Being a winner is understanding that what we have to contribute benefits the collective and that this collective will go further because of the contribution an individual can make. Being a true leader is serving the collective, Not using the collective for personal gain. Being a winner is overcoming our limitations and as a great thinker said: The highest level of intelligence is knowing how to identify our own limitations.
CHAOS
And perhaps at that point we reach the plane of genius. When we find ourselves there, It will not be because our ideas are extraordinary, We will be at the point of genius because we knew how to understand and see the patterns in the chaos, And chaos is what they will face every day. Understanding chaos and making something good out of it is having a level of genius that makes us more evolved than any machine up to this moment.. Although that will not be forever, maybe in 2050 the world will be different and belong to others.

And what should we do to prepare ourselves for 2050? I ask who among you will be in 2050? I hope it will be all of you! I will be there, in what way I do not know. But I will be there!!
TECHNOLOGY
Technology should serve us as a means to reach the most precious thing humanity has!! Creativity, but what is creativity without emotions.. At the moment there are no machines capable of feeling a true emotion.. They can express them.. but not feel them. And in what way can we feel.. de la única forma que el ser humano lo ha hecho durante miles de años.
COMUNICACIÓN
A través de la comunicación, en cualquiera de sus formas, la comunicación ha sido el elemento trascendental para su evolución, una forma de comunicarnos ha sido por medio de la oralidad, ese proceso nos ha permitido trasladar y trasmitir conocimiento a las siguientes generaciones, por eso es que es tan importante salvaguardar las lenguas y expresiones de los pueblos, porque a través de esas lenguas se han transmitido conocimientos que de no resguardarse se perderán para siempre, lo que nos lleva a un solo camino: repetir el proceso de aprendizaje que ha llevado a los pueblos a su desarrollo su destrucción!, entonces es el reto es ser nosotros mismos, ser Guatemaltecos y sentirnos orgullosos de serlo.
INNOVACIÓN
Y como evitamos la destrucción, con lo más preciado de la Humanidad, la creatividad si quieren llamarle Innovación ya que trabajamos con TI (Tecnologías de la Información). La innovación es el proceso más creativo que un ser humano puede experimentar, el proceso innovativo se consigue de muchas formas, pero quizá la más cercana a la academia es la investigación, por lo que una persona que desee llegar a lo más alto que un ser humano pueda estar por sus ideas, debería plantearse el convertirse en un Investigador, quizá exista un camino más corto pero es propiedad del three% de la población, es decir aquellos con IQ arriba de la media, en Guatemala no lo sabemos, In my graduation project, I proposed a system that measured the National Intelligence Coefficient Index,, there it is for anyone who wants to pick it up again.
TRUST
But creativity is threatened by something we have learned unconsciously, the distrust in ourselves and in others, without trust no process can take place, least of all the learning process, we must regain trust in ourselves and in others. But what? do we do with those who continue to show their distrust, who propose baseless speeches and criticism without proposals? We simply must leave them behind and surround ourselves with those who do believe in themselves and in us.
RESISTANCE TO CHANGE
Another aspect that affects creativity is resistance to change, we have reached a point where we have gotten used to the establishment, to such an extent that we no longer want to change anything, but we must remember that the only constant in the era we live in is change, change to improve, change to learn, change to live, change to give and receive.
KNOWLEDGE
Request your presence in each of my classes, and let me explain why? 80% of the knowledge that a person acquires throughout their life comes from the appropriation of tacit knowledge, and this is acquired through experience, sharing with people and conversing, the remaining 20% is through explicit knowledge which is acquired with methodologies, books, web, knowledge that can be stored and documented. Entonces la pregunta es quién se quiere conformar con el 20% únicamente.
REGLAS
Quiero pedirles que cada uno de ustedes le pregunte a los alumnos que han pasado por mi curso las reglas que sigo. Una de ellas es la puntualidad sana, la segunda es aceptar que no lo se todo sobre Inteligencia Artificial, pero el conocimiento se construye de manera colectiva, por lo que les invito a enseñarme: Todos tenemos algo que aprender y todos tenemos algo que enseñar (Freire)", las otras reglas ya las preguntarán.
